”Gheorghe Hagi” Stadium from Constanta, will have 18,190 seats, training halls, conference center, exhibition space, administrative and commercial spaces. It will facilitate sporting (football, tennis, athletics, rugby) and cultural (concerts) events, contributing to the development of sport in the region. It will also include a training ground with a 1,000-seater grandstand and changing rooms.
