The company was founded in Bucharest, as a family business in 1990, initially with 20 employees. Today, with over 33 years after its establishment and with an active staff at the level of the group of over 1800 people, it has the ability to design and execute any type of work from the construction field, being one of the most important construction companies with 100% domestic capital in Romania according to the ranking made by the Romanian Chamber of Commerce and Industry.

The professionalism and qualification of the team led to the completion of all the works that were started. From the portfolio of completed works can be listed: Steaua Stadium, Rapid Stadium, Oradea Polyvalent Hall, Dinamo Olympic Swimming and Polo Pool, Ploiesti Hippodrome, Floreasca-Tei tourist route, Climatic rehabilitation works of over 1080 residential buildings in several cities of the country, IBIS STYLES HOTEL Bucharest Erbasu, residential complexes, hospitals, medical clinics, kindergartens, schools, sewage treatment plants, water and sewerage networks, modernization of public roads and supply and transport systems of the heat agent throughout the country.

Currently the company is involved in large projects, such as the residential complex Arbo Mogosoaia, rehabiliation of historical building of University of Bucharest, Polyvalent Hall in Tulcea, Dambovita River wastewater box, rehabilitation of thermal networks in Timisoara and Iași, clinics and hospitals in Timișoara, Tulcea, Calarasi, Slobozia, the construction of the “Gheorghe Dima” National Academy of Music in Cluj, the rehabilitation of the Nifon Palace buildings and the Panduri complex within the University of Bucharest.

The integration of technology in construction has inevitably changed lives and made us move from planks to artificial intelligence, robots and #BIM (Building Information Modeling).

Because the future is the creation of the present and it depends on us that dreams become reality, we initiated the implementation of the digital concept #BIM within Constructii Erbasu, and it integrates and optimizes the processes by which specialists in architecture and engineering design, plan, build and use constructions.

By using coordinated, consistent and secure information associated with an investment project, the #BIM concept leads to the improvement of documentation in all phases of the investment and to the real-time analysis of the technical-economic variants in relation to the targeted performances.

The future of construction is one of knowledge, mobility and adaptability, of automation and smart applications, augmented reality, digitalization, and we will use them all to maximize the efficiency and sustainability of investments.
